VERY glad that she got under way again as the oil would have been orrible and I would not have been able to ride my New Kick ass SUP that is just gonna be SOOOOOO much fun too ride.

If the new 10.6 rides anything like the 11.6 gonna be very wicked.

    Hey ROB,

That type of ship is called an OBO (Oil, Bulk or ORE) no containers bro besides local is leeker why you buying boards from over seas.

Durban still flat, havent had wind for at least 3 weeks and counting, sardines no where to be seen, water still to warm but hoping this front will make the water a perfect 19.0 C and bring them in.

Hanging for something to happen, fish, waves, wind, can't find a road long enough for wheeling, well i suppose at least the golf is good.

    Hey Smarty!

Most SUP boards are from overseas for bulk production. There's a very good reason for this ;-) We do, however, sell local paddles and bags.

Send some of that sunshine this way and enjoy the result of this storm on Friday?

    Hey Bruce!
Good luck with the new shop and enjoy the wind and waves on Friday! Sounds like it's been a long time off of the water up there. Such funny weather again this year.
    Enjoy and good luck!

One likes to think that the BB bound ship's skipper dropped anchor while he was fiddling with her engines.....mmm

Re: The Storm of the year is Here!

Ok So the trip up the coast is hanging in the balanceConfused [8-)] for possible Mauritius... so could not let the monster go unridden.

Left the Kites Nest at about 5 pm and finished in the Dark at Rivermouth, and was impressed by Grant Ross managing to survive some of the beatingsSad [:(].

The direction was tough at WNW so getting over the mountains was pretty tricky as any jump would bring you down in the middle of the wall of white waterSurprise [:O].

With his back to the wave I did however see him on some SOLID bombs as Neptune did however ask him for his trip feesDevil [6] while checking the re launchability of the new Nomad in between the 9 m beasts.

Was fully lit on the 7 and had though when the rain came through felt like birdshotCrying [:'(] on the face but had a great sesh never the less.

Had a moment of thought for our missing mate as we came close to the beach and the two of us landing each other was pretty hectic.

Now its you boys up the costs turn.
