I found a Cabrinha bar at 19:25 (after dark and after everyone had left) on the 30th of April on Kitebeach in front of the entrance at the tourism building. The bar does not have a 2:1 pulley system, but has rather got a 1:1 fixed steering line system.
I found it near where a group of people set up: A big guy with a red Cabrinha Contra a lady with a Cabrinha Crossbow (i think).
IF THIS IS YOUR BAR, PLEASE URGENTLY GIVE ME A CALL, AS I WILL BE AWAY FOR THE WEEKEND, AND YOU WILL THUS MISS ALL THE GOOD WIND IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT ME BY TOMMOROW MORNING (1 MAY)
