Sorry for this post, hope I dont rock to boat ( brake to board ), as it is not my intention, only an observation and perhaps Xcelerator has a good reason for there action. ( Let it be known then )
One of my friends was on his second Xcelerator, as he liked them, he stuck with the brand. Unfortunately a few months down the line ( 6 at most I think ) his board broke. ( hey it happens, I have broken two ).
Now what a mission to get hold of them and to get them to respond to his mail, after effort and persistence he was told that they can not replace. He accepted and asked for a discount on a new one, was told that there boards are cheap as it is and that they can not give discount.
Like I said no low blow, just fact and perhaps they have good reason for it.
All I am saying at least let it be known. When one buys a board. ( " after all it is an extreme sport and boards do take lots of punishment, therefore we do not assist in any way should it be broken ")
Check out the Cyclone. I broke mine ( that is what I do ) and would understand if Gavin told me to " go away ", but the man backs his product and sorted me out in a flash. ![Lightning [li]](/emoticons/emotion-60.gif)
Made me up my own board ( strong ) without a tear in his eye's ( well so I think ) ![Crying [:'(]](/emoticons/emotion-9.gif)
Cheers
