    Kite Thieves Caught

Yet again we caught some coloured guys trying to sell a  kite here in Sea Point. With the help of Sea Point security we have apprehended these 2 thugs. They will only be held in custody for 48 hrs if no one claims for the stolen kite. Please guys help us put these guys behind bars. If you have had a Rebel North Kite stolen recently. Please contact me or the Cape Town Central Police Station to identify the kite.

    Re: Kite Thieves Caught

Is no one wanting their kite back? The perpetrators have been released and are back on the street again. I have the kite and if anyone knows the owner please contact me.

    Hi Vaughan,

Best would be to contact Olaf Marting from Ocean Spirit. Not everyone is registered with Ikite...

    Here's their contact details link.

    Hope you come right.

    Re: Kite Thieves Caught

Thanks, i have already. Olaf only tracks kites sold from 2008 onwards, as all North kites are now all serial coded.

    Re: Kite Thieves Caught

I suggest keep the kite for a few more months/weeks. If it still does not get claimed auction it off on the forum and donate the money to the NSRI
